L’ ormai leggendario gruppo di Boston, Barrence Whitfield & The Savages ha pronto un nuovo album dal titolo “Dig thy savage soul”, altissimo concentrato di R & B e rock & roll voodoo che, unito alla voce del leader che passa dal basso ringhio, che sembra arrivare direttamente dagli inferi, all’ urlo selvaggio alla Little Richard, che dona una grinta punk ed, unita al blues ‘n’roll proposto,è giusto una via di mezzo tra Jack White e Chuck Berry.
